And it's off!!! Ella sealed it with a kiss. Our dossier is totally finished and on it's way to Washington DC. It has two stops there, one in North Carolina and then to ETHIOPIA!! I have had butterflies of excitement all day!! Ella prayed to her sister in the truck driving to the UPS store.. it was so sweet. They are going to be best friends!!
The next step,you ask....? Wait 2-5 months for a referral.

wow! seems like you guys got thru the process so fast!!! congratulations! What is the wait time for referral w/ your agency? We will have been officially waiting 1 mo this Friday...our wait time is 7-9 mos. So exciting!! Again, congrats!!!
